Public Input Workshop #3:
Springfield Regional Long-Range Trail Plan
FOCUS --- Trail priorities, concepts, costs

The Ozarks Transportation Organization (OTO) is the public entity that plans our region’s transportation needs. They recently hired national greenway planning experts, Alta Planning and Design, to refine routing options and cost estimates for nearly 75 miles of additional trails for the Springfield area. Ozark Greenways is partnering with OTO, surrounding communities to find ways to connect Springfield, Ozark, Nixa, Battlefield, Republic, Strafford and Willard!

The planning project is called the “Regional Bicycle and Pedestrian Trail Investment Study” and is seeking community input to help prepare our region for the pursuit of large funding opportunities. Share your input at these open-house-style workshops, and at www.ototrailstudy.com.

We rely on the enthusiasm and financial support of the community.
