2022-2023 Board of Directors

With the on-going rise and fall of Covid19 cases, and our zoom meters being maxed out, we are providing a special mailing to all current members instead of an in-person 2022 Annual Meeting. At each Annual Meeting, the membership approves the incoming slate of officers, new Board Members, and second terms. The below slate was unanimously approved by the Board of Directors and will take effect March 1, 2022. As we are not meeting in person this year, no comment will mean that you approve. The Slate of Officers are selected from the current pool of board members. The Vice President, President, and Past President are consecutive 1-year terms. The Officers comprise the Executive Committee, a standing committee of the Board of Directors, and meet monthly with the Executive Director.

- Michael Meek, Treasurer

- Christina Angle, Past President
The 1st Term Directors will be beginning their first, 3-year term. These volunteers were selected from the pool of interested individuals who completed and submitted a Board Interest Form. Our Executive Committee serves as our Nominating Committee and reviewed all of the interest forms. Board Members are eligible to serve two consesutive 3-year terms.
- Cheyne Brokate: COO of Brokate Janitorial and resides in Ozark, MO
- Jenny Hayward: Public Information Coordinator for Greene County and resides in Springfield, MO
- James Jeffries: Internal Legal Counsel for Kuat Racks and resides in Springfield, MO
The 2nd Term Directors will be beginning their second, 3-year term.

Our current Past President, Jason Krebs, will complete his final year of his second term on February 28, 2022. His wit and folksy sayings will sorely be missed.
