2024 -2025 Board of Directors

This year's Annual Meeting is on Thursday, February 29, 2024. It is a drop-in open house for Ozark Greenways' members - past, present, and future. Please note that this free event is also open to the community at large. We will gather in the Springfield Art Museum's Community Room. Feel free to drop in anytime between 4:00-6:00 pm. At each Annual Meeting, the incoming slate of officers, slate of new Board Members, and slate of second term Board Members are presented. The below slates were unanimously approved by the Board of Directors on October 25, 2023, and will take effect on March 1, 2024. As we are conducting an open house this year, current members who do not approve of the presented slates of officers/board members may provide comment via an on-site comment card by 6:00 pm on February 29, 2024.
The Slate of Officers are selected from the current pool of Board Members. The Vice President, President, and Past President are consecutive 1-year terms. The Officers comprise the Executive Committee, a standing committee of the Board of Directors, and meet monthly with the Executive Director.

The Slate of 1st Term Directors will begin their first, 3-year term. These volunteers were selected from the pool of interested individuals who completed and submitted a Board Interest Form. Our Executive Committee serves as our Nominating Committee and reviews all of the interest forms. Board Members are eligible to serve two consecutive 3-year terms.

Our current Past President, Brad Hashagen, will complete his final year on February 29, 2024. Before serving as President, Brad served as Board Treasurer for five years. His expertise and commitment to our organization will be missed.
