Project Information
Currently, Ozark Greenways has partnered with several agencies, including the City of the Springfield, Ozarks Transportation Organization, and the Springfield-Greene County Park Board, to fund the design of a 5.5-mile trail section from Kissick Avenue to Sunshine Street. The first phase of this design will cover the stretch from Kissick Avenue to the James River Greenway Trail of Honor.
If you are interested in other sections of the trail, we encourage you to attend our future public meetings, which will be held at a later date to discuss the sections north of the Trail of Honor. A rendering of a trail amenity can be found here
