Trail Service Requests and How to Report a Concern

The Springfield-Greene County Parks System manages and maintains the public, paved trails and Trail of Tears in Springfield and Greene County. To submit a service request or report a concern, you have a few options:
- Springfield-Greene County Parks at 417-864-1049 or email Josh Curnutt, jcurnutt@springfieldmo.gov. Please know the trail name and the nearest mile marker and/or idendifying landmark.
- City of Springfield Citizen Resource Center at 417-864-1010. Please know the trail name and the neares mile maker and/or identifying landmark.

Ozark Greenways coordinates management and maintenance of the Frisco Highline Trail
- To submit a service request or report a concern, please contact John Montgomerry at 417-501-4674 or by email. The portion in Greene County is a joint effort between OG and the Springfield-Greene County Parks. Please contact John and he will notify Parks as needed.

If you witness illegal activity, please call 911 immediately. They will dispatch one of the following: Springfield Police Deparment, Springfield-Greene County Park Ranger, or Greene County Sheriff's Department.
