We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to serve as the Executive Director of our nonprofit organization. Ozark Greenways, Inc. is a 501(c)3 located in Springfield, MO. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, with a primary focus on advocacy, fundraising, cultivating relationships, membership growth, effective communication, and visionary leadership.
This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to inspire and motivate others. A sense of humor and a genuine passion for our mission are also essential qualities for success in this role. The position will report to the OG Board of Directors.
