This local recognition program served to draw attention and business to those who encourage cycling, and are part of creating a bicycle-friendly community. This helps strengthen the overall goal to make our community even more bike-friendly, while supporting the local economy. Moving forward we are encouraging participation in the League of American Bicyclists' Bicycle Friendly Business Program.
