The IronHorse Gravel Grind is back by popular demand, hosted by Ozark Greenways and volunteers! There are three distances that each travel the Frisco Highline Trail and the scenic backroads of Polk County. Rides will start and finish at Willard Trailhead on the Frisco Highline Trail. Proceeds go to the trail's maintenance.

The Grindy - 20 mile Ride - $30 (Must be 12 or older, with an adult) - 2018 Route map
The Grinder - 43 mile Race - $45 (Must be 18 or older) - 2018 Route map
The Gindest - 100 mile Race - $45 (Must be 18 or older) - 2018 Route map

Race day registration and check-in starts at 7:00am. All rides start at 8:00am. Post-race meal will be served at Willard Trailhead from Noon-5:00pm.

Road bikes won't make it, but gravel-worthy bikes will. All riders should have self-supported cycling skills, and carry water, food, and other supplies needed for your ride. There will be supported aid stations and strictly enforced cut-off times for each station. All participants will recieve food and beer after the event, as well as a finisher's award. Food and drink will be available to spectators in exchange for a donation to Ozark Greenways.

Or, print and send this Registration Form with your payment made to: Ozark Greenways, P.O. Box 50733, Springfield MO 65805

We're looking for a few kind folks to help hand out drinks, food, and moral support at 5 aide stations --- and staff the finishline area handing out food, beer, and prizes. Our 2 main volunteer shifts are: 6:30am-1pm, and 1pm-5:30pm, though we're flexible on this if you're able to help only part of the time.
